“Puro” means “Pure” in Italian. PuroCake (蛋糕部落) was founded in 2014 with a simple wish of sharing cakes baked with real food. 

Cake flavoring essences, leavening agent, stabilizer, cream of tartar etc. will not appear in our handmade cake. In addition, we choose to present our cakes with little decoration and focus on the quality of our cakes.

“Sharing of the original taste of cake by using simple and natural ingredients.” that’s the aspiration of PuroCake.

Puro 在意大利文中是 “纯粹”的意思。PuroCake（蛋糕部落）成立于2014年。蛋糕部落的命名，顾名思义，是想要做出回归蛋糕本身天然滋味，与大家共享。

自制蛋糕的乐趣，在于将最简单的材料，像变魔法似的，变成香喷喷的蛋糕。人工香精, 膨松剂, 稳定剂, 塔塔粉都不会出现在我们的手作蛋糕中。除去了华丽的装饰，蛋糕的外形或许很朴实，但却是味道最淳朴最天然的。这也让我们更能传注于保持良好的蛋糕的品质以满足您的味蕾。
